Passport Books:

Upon entering the event, each attendee with GA ticket will receive a Passport Book. This book will be an essential tool for engaging with our incredible vendors. Each vendor will have a dedicated page in the Passport Book, offering essential information about their company.

Initial Interaction:

To receive a stamp on their dedicated page in your Passport Book from a vendor, attendees must engage in an initial conversation about the vendor’s products and services.

QR Codes for Giveaways:

After collecting your stamp from the vendor you are engaging with, use your smartphone to scan the unique QR code provided by the vendor. This will direct you to a form where you will enter your name, email, and answer a few questions. Once you complete and submit the form, you will be entered into their giveaway!

Prize Selection:

Each vendor will randomly select a winner from the pool of participants who have scanned their QR code. This winner will receive a prize generously provided by the vendor, which can range from products to services or other offerings.

Accurate Information:

It is important to provide your real name and email. This ensures that if you are selected as a winner, our vendors can contact you. Please note that proof of ID may be required to verify your identity with the winners selected by each vendor.

Completing Your Passport Book:

To all attendees who have completed your Passport Book, IAM America has special surprise giveaway to a few randomly selected participants!  Be sure to collect stamps from all of our vendors!

Winners:

All winners will be announced on Instagram following the event and will also receive notification via email.
